Fundamentals of Effective Leadership
Purpose
This course provides an outstanding foundation for new leaders and excellent learning and review for seasoned leaders. It combines intensive small group training with one-on-one coaching to give participants a broad range of principles and practices to improve their leadership effectiveness.
